Более года под домашним арестом находится Дмитрий Выдрин и под запретом определенных действий — 83-летний Виктор Василенко, отец Романа Василенко, основателя компании "Лайф-из-Гуд" и кооператива "Бест Вей". Приморский районный суд продлил всем подсудимым меры пресечения на полгода, что оспаривается адвокатами в вышестоящих судах.
Всем подсудимым предъявлены обвинения как в мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ) и создании "финансовой пирамиды" (ч. 2 ст. 172.2 УК РФ), так и в организации преступного сообщества (ч. 3 ст. 210 УК РФ). Их, а также гражданских ответчиков — прежде всего кооператив "Бест Вей" — защищают почти два десятка адвокатов.
МВД объявляло, что на скамье подсудимых — руководители "Лайф-из-Гуд", однако независимые наблюдатели выражают в этом сомнения. Так, Анна Высоцкая к моменту ареста уже полгода не работала в компании "Лайф-из-Гуд", а до этого занималась там организационно-техническим обеспечением конференций, проводимых этой компанией, а также отвечала за информационную часть интернет-сайта. Александра Григорьева была директором одного из вспомогательных юридических лиц фирмы "Лайф-из-Гуд", а фактически, насколько известно, являлась помощником Романа Василенко по общим вопросам. Елена Соловьева работала главным бухгалтером ООО "Эксперт" — компании, занимавшейся юридической проверкой и организацией оценки недвижимости, приобретаемой кооперативом "Бест Вей". Михаил Измайлов — индивидуальный предприниматель и рядовой пайщик кооператива "Бест Вей"; Анатолий Наливан — также индивидуальный предприниматель, пайщик кооператива и уполномоченный пайщиков "Бест Вей" от крупного региона; Дмитрий Мазанов — ИП и рядовой пайщик; Альмира Гильберт и Дмитрий Выдрин на момент привлечения в качестве обвиняемых не работали.
Первым среди лиц, признанных потерпевшими, судом был допрошен Логинов — но его допрос был прерван прокуратурой, перенесен на следующее заседание суда, на которое Логинов не явился, сославшись на то, что находится в отпуске. Мы не в крепостной России! Мы в стране, где граждане имеют право на свободу выбора и на защиту своих интересов. Почему нам отказывают в этом праве? Далее. Сразу же справа вываливается форма, предлагающая начинать онлайн-чат с оператором. На полстраницы, перекрывая весь контент. Это сайт международной организации? Серьезно?
Далее смотрим, что сайт доступен аж на 9 языках! Захожу в английскую версию, ибо другими языками не владею. И что я вижу? Грубые грамматические и орфографические ошибки на уровне 7 класса средней школы. На скрине выделил лишь наиболее бросающиеся в глаза. Но одна фразочка «who specializiruetsya» уже доставляет.

Но ничего этого нет. Просто несколько мотивационных фраз в духе: «Хватит работать на дядю, нести деньги нам и начинай чувствовать себя финансово независимым». Ну и несколько очевидно проплаченных роликов, залитых на Youtube.

Man finds ‘England’s largest’ gold nugget, despite metal detector failing

A treasure hunter struggling with faulty equipment has unearthed a gold nugget believed to be the largest ever found in England.
Richard Brock discovered the gold nugget, weighing 64.8 grams (2.3 ounces), in the country’s Shropshire Hills near the border with Wales, auction house Mullock Jones said Thursday.
The nugget is around the size of a UK 50 pence coin.
The find, nicknamed Hiro’s Nugget, has an estimated worth of between ?30,000 ($38,000) and ?40,000 ($50,700), according to Shropshire-based Mullock Jones, which is handling the sale.
However, it almost seemed that luck had eluded Brock, whose equipment almost failed him on the day of the dig.
When Brock arrived at the site in Shropshire in May, he discovered that his metal detector was faulty, according to a press release from Mullock Jones.
As his hopes dimmed, he turned to a piece of older equipment. At first he found only a coin of little value, but within five minutes he made the shocking discovery, the auction house said.

A tunnel constructed high in the mountains of northeastern India has become the latest flashpoint in a simmering border dispute between New Delhi and Beijing.
The Sela Tunnel, inaugurated by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi earlier this month, has been hailed in India as a feat of engineering – blasted through the Himalayas at an elevation of some 13,000 feet (3,900 meters) – and a boon for the military, enabling faster, “all-weather” access to a tense de facto border with China.
That’s caught the attention of Beijing, whose long-running dispute with New Delhi over their contested 2,100-mile (3,379-kilometer) border has seen the two nuclear-armed powers clash in recent years.
That includes in 2020 when hand-to-hand fighting between the two sides resulted in the deaths of at least 20 Indian and four Chinese soldiers in Aksai Chin-Ladakh in the western stretches of the border.
And, decades ago, the dispute led to war.
China also claims the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, where the tunnel was constructed, as its own, even as the area has long functioned as Indian territory.
Chinese officials in recent days have slammed the tunnel project and Modi’s visit to the state, accusing New Delhi of taking steps to undermine peace along the border.
“We require the Indian side to cease any action that may complicate the boundary question … the Chinese military remains highly vigilant and will resolutely defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity,” a Defense Ministry spokesperson said last week, using the Chinese name “Zangnan” or South Tibet to refer to Arunachal Pradesh.
